Cavix was born to Allan Dube and Tsitsidzashe Dube in Tembisa, a township in Gauteng, South Africa. From a young age, he showed a passion for music and began exploring songwriting, singing, and rap.
Career
Cavix founded PTD Records to produce and release his own music as well as support upcoming artists. The label was later renamed VIXO, expanding its reach in the South African music industry.
